Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MindFortress, Inc. ("Reeve," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on meetreeve.com, and the choices you have about them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle personal data more broadly.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use browser local storage, which works similarly but is read and written only by your browser (not sent with every request). Both let a site remember information between visits, such as your cookie preferences or a returning visitor identifier.

2. The Categories We Use

When you first visit meetreeve.com, a cookie banner lets you choose which of the following categories to allow. Only Necessary is active by default; Analytics and Marketing load only after you grant them.

Necessary

Required for the site to function and to record your cookie choice itself. These cannot be turned off because doing so would break basic functionality (such as remembering that you already made a choice).

  • reeve_visitor_id — an anonymous identifier for visitors who interact with the cookie banner, used to attribute a consent decision to the same visitor on a later request.
  • reeve_consent_region — a short-lived cookie recording which consent framework (see Section 3) applies to your visit, based on your approximate location.
  • Authentication/session cookies for signed-in users of the Reeve platform.

Analytics — PostHog

If you grant this category, we load PostHog, a product-analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our site and product (e.g., which pages are visited, general usage patterns). This helps us improve Reeve; it is not used for advertising.

Marketing — Meta Pixel & Google Analytics 4

If you grant this category, we load the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand traffic from ad campaigns. These may set their own cookies governed by Meta's and Google's respective privacy policies.

3. How the Banner Decides What to Show

The choices presented depend on where you're visiting from:

  • EU, EEA, and UK visitors see an opt-in choice, consistent with GDPR: Analytics and Marketing stay off until you actively grant them.
  • US visitors (including California, where the CCPA originated) see an opt-out choice, consistent with the CCPA/CPRA: you can decline Analytics and Marketing at any time.
  • If we can't determine your location, we default to the more protective opt-in behavior above.

4. Managing or Withdrawing Your Choices

You can change your mind at any time:

  • If the banner is still visible, use it directly to adjust which categories are granted.
  • Otherwise, clear cookies and site data for meetreeve.com in your browser. This removes both the cookie-consent engine's own record and our reeve_cookie_consent browser-storage entry, and the banner will be presented again on your next visit so you can make a fresh choice.
  • You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser's settings, though doing so may affect how parts of the site work.

Withdrawing consent only stops future use of the withdrawn category going forward — it doesn't retroactively undo processing that already happened while consent was granted.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
