Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reeve platform operated by MindFortress, Inc. ("Reeve," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Reeve, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Reeve is an AI-powered advertising platform that helps businesses generate, optimize, and manage digital advertising campaigns. Our services include:

  • AI-generated ad creatives (copy, targeting, and strategy)
  • Cross-platform ad performance reporting and analytics
  • Brand profiling and competitive intelligence
  • AI visibility monitoring across conversational AI platforms
  • Automated ad deployment to connected advertising platforms

2. Account Registration

To use Reeve, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

3. Connected Platforms

Reeve connects to third-party platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify, Stripe, etc.) via their official APIs using OAuth authorization. By connecting a platform:

  • You authorize Reeve to access and manage data on that platform
  • You confirm you have the right to grant this access
  • You understand that actions taken through Reeve (e.g., deploying ads) are your responsibility
  • You can disconnect any platform at any time

4. AI-Generated Content

Reeve uses artificial intelligence to generate ad creatives, reports, and recommendations. Regarding AI-generated content:

  • Ownership: You own all ad creatives and content generated by Reeve for your account.
  • Review Required: AI-generated ads are deployed as PAUSED by default. You are responsible for reviewing all content before activating campaigns.
  • No Guarantees: While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't meet platform advertising policies. You are responsible for ensuring compliance.
  • Platform Policies: You are responsible for ensuring all deployed ads comply with the advertising policies of each platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Reeve to:

  • Create ads that violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Advertise prohibited products or services
  • Engage in deceptive or misleading advertising
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI models or algorithms
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Scrape or extract data from the platform for competing services

6. Billing and Payments

Reeve offers free and paid plans. For paid plans:

  • Billing is handled through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Ad spend on connected platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is billed directly by those platforms, not by Reeve

7. Ad Spend and Financial Responsibility

Important: Reeve helps you create and deploy ads, but all advertising spend is billed directly by the advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok). Reeve is not responsible for:

  • Ad spend incurred on connected platforms
  • Performance results of any advertising campaign
  • Revenue or conversion outcomes
  • Platform-specific billing disputes

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Reeve is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard protections for all stored credentials and business data.

9. Intellectual Property

The Reeve platform, including its AI models, algorithms, interface designs, and documentation, is owned by MindFortress, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of Reeve does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform itself.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeve and MindFortress, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or wasted ad spend.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Reeve shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindFortress, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Reeve, your ad content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
