Data Deletion Policy

MindFortress, Inc. ("Reeve") is committed to giving you full control over your data. This policy explains how to request deletion of your data and what happens when you do.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from your Reeve dashboard under Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will initiate deletion of all your data.
Option 2: Email Request
Send a deletion request to privacy@mindfortress.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 3: Facebook Data Deletion Callback
If you signed up using Facebook or connected your Meta account, you can request deletion through Facebook's settings. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find Reeve → Remove. This triggers an automatic deletion request on our end.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, name, business details)
- All connected platform OAuth tokens and API credentials
- Cached ad performance data and analytics
- AI-generated ad creatives and brand profiles
- Niche analysis and competitive intelligence data
- Scheduled reports and report history
- AI visibility monitoring data and prompt history
- Social trend analysis and scraping results
What We Cannot Delete
- Ads deployed to third-party platforms: Ads already deployed to Meta, Google, or TikTok exist on those platforms. You must delete them directly from each platform's ads manager.
- Aggregated analytics: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you for service improvement.
- Legal obligations: We may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes) for the legally mandated retention period.
Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Your account is deactivated and all connected platform access is revoked.
- Within 30 days: All personal data and business data is permanently deleted from our active systems.
- Within 90 days: Data is purged from backups and disaster recovery systems.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your data deletion is complete. If you submitted a request via email, we will respond with a confirmation and a summary of what was deleted.
Disconnecting Individual Platforms
If you want to remove data from a specific connected platform without deleting your entire account, you can disconnect individual integrations from your Reeve dashboard under Settings → Integrations. When you disconnect a platform:
- OAuth tokens for that platform are immediately deleted
- Cached data from that platform is removed within 24 hours
- Your Reeve account and other integrations remain active
