Your flags. Your rules. Instant control.
Switchboard gives your organization owner-scoped feature switches and maintenance flags — create them, flip them, and bind them to any surface your app exposes, all in one place.
No price tag. Switchboard ships as part of your Reeve AI business team.
with every plan
Generic feature-flag tools live outside your product and require separate auth plumbing. Switchboard is scoped directly to your org, so flags and the secure connections that power your surfaces stay in one consistent, always-connected hub — no stitching required.
AI and an API, without the integration project.
Flags that belong to your org — and only your org
Switchboard organizes feature switches inside the same consistent hub that exposes your core data types. When you update a flag, every part of the product that reads it gets the change immediately, with no unexpected disruptions to connected surfaces.
Protected by the same access layer as your integrations
Only your organization's authenticated app or a verified user can read or write flags — the same access-key model that guards your third-party connector flows applies here too, so maintenance windows and feature gates can't be triggered by unauthorized requests.
Bind flags directly to your app's surfaces
Whether you're rolling out a new chat widget, gating a support flow, or putting a surface into maintenance mode, Switchboard lets you attach flags to the exact surfaces they govern — no extra middleware, no separate dashboard to log into.
One subscription. The whole operating system.
Reeve.Switchboard is one product in the Reeve suite. Every plan includes all of it — same account, same credits, same record of truth.
Send contracts for signature at 50¢ a document.
Resolve support conversations end-to-end for 25¢ each.
Answer every call with an AI receptionist for 30¢ a minute.
Send email and SMS at cost — $0.001 and $0.015 a message.
Generate on-brand video and images from $1 a render.
A free CRM every other Reeve product writes to automatically.
Enriched contacts feed directly into the rest of your Reeve AI business team — richer records mean smarter outreach in Reeve.Email, sharper segmentation in Reeve.CRM, and more context for every support conversation in Reeve.Chat.
Already using Reeve for chat? Every conversation started in Channels flows through the same agent that handles your brand questions and campaign work — context travels with the conversation, no copy-paste required.
Memory powers every other part of your AI business team. Pair it with Reeve Chat so support agents recall past conversations, or with Reeve CRM so customer records stay current and queryable across your whole organization.
Pair Knowledge with Reeve.Enrich to automatically fill gaps in your records — so the knowledge base your team queries is always as complete as possible.
Reeve.Video pairs naturally with the rest of your AI business team: pipe finished ad creatives directly into Reeve.Ads, attach product demo clips to Reeve.CRM contacts, or surface how-to videos inside Reeve.Chat — all through the same single-line embed pattern.
Commerce works alongside Reeve's catalog management — your product listings and prices are already linked to your organization the moment catalog access is enabled, so what you sell and how you collect payment stay in sync from day one.
Already using Reeve for chat or CRM? Add Maps to surface location data — store finders, delivery zones, regional performance views — right inside the same one-line embed your site already runs.
Reeve.Database pairs naturally with the rest of your AI business team: let Reeve.Chat surface live product or order data in conversations, or feed query results directly into Reeve.CRM to keep customer records current without manual exports.
Included, not metered.
Reeve.Switchboard is included in every Reeve plan at no extra charge, with no per-use draw against your credits, no add-on license, and no per-seat fee.

Questions, answered.
Are Switchboard flags truly isolated to my organization?
Yes. Flags are owner-scoped, meaning they are created within and readable only by your org. The same organizational hub that manages your Users, Integrations, and Reports enforces this boundary, so there is no risk of a flag from one org affecting another.
Who can flip a flag?
Only your organization's authenticated app or a verified user can interact with flags. Requests that don't carry a valid access credential are rejected before they reach the flag state — consistent with how Reeve protects all authorized requests across your account.
Will flipping a flag break my existing integrations?
Switchboard is designed so that when you update or improve underlying features, everything continues to connect smoothly without unexpected disruptions. Flags are part of the same consistent organizational hub as your other core data types, so changes propagate reliably.
Does Switchboard work with Reeve's connector integrations, like Slack?
Switchboard and the connector layer share the same org-scoped security model. When a Slack connection is authorized and stored, the same access controls that protect that credential also govern your flag reads — keeping your entire setup under one coherent access model.
