Does Reeve.Enrich update my records automatically without asking me?
No. Every enrichment job produces suggestions that you review first. You choose to accept or dismiss each one. Only after you accept does Reeve apply the changes — and even then, any suggestion that runs into an issue is skipped rather than forced through, with a reason provided in the summary.
How do I know a job is running? Do I have to wait on the page?
No waiting required. When you request enrichment for a record, Reeve queues it immediately and returns a job ID plus a status like 'queued' or 'running'. You can check back on that ID at any time — or pull your recent jobs list — to see when it's complete.
Who is allowed to trigger an enrichment job?
Only users with write access to the relevant contacts can request enrichment. Viewing job history for a contact also requires authorization to see that contact's data. These checks happen automatically at the API level.
Can I see which jobs failed and why?
Yes. When you bulk-accept suggestions for a job, the system returns a summary listing which suggestions were applied successfully and which ones failed, along with the reason for each failure. Your recent jobs list also surfaces any errors encountered during processing.
Can Reeve.Enrich handle documents and images, not just contact records?
Yes. Alongside entity enrichment, the feature includes a way to extract text and structured data from images and documents directly — useful for turning scanned files or uploaded attachments into usable record fields.
How many recent jobs can I retrieve at once?
You can retrieve up to 50 recent enrichment jobs in a single request, with options to filter by app, target type, or specific target. Results are returned newest-first and include each job's status, cost, timing details, and any errors.
