Getting started with Reeve

Reeve spawns a real company for you — website, brand, comms, and an autonomous team — then runs it toward a goal you set. Here's how the first day works.

What Reeve actually is

Reeve isn't a chatbot or a website builder. It spawns a working company: a hosted site, a brand, email and SMS wired and ready, and a C-suite of AI agents that operate it day to day. You're the operator — you set the direction and approve the important calls, and the agents do the work between check-ins.

You don't need to be technical, and there's nothing to install. Everything happens in the cockpit in your browser.

The 90-second spawn

Spawning a company takes about a minute and a half. There's no long setup wizard — you describe the business, and Reeve builds it.

  1. 1

    Describe the company you want

Tell Reeve what your business does in a sentence or two — a name, a product, a customer. That's the whole brief. Reeve turns it into a live company with a site, a brand, and a team.
  2. 2

Reeve spawns it — site, brand, and agents

In about 90 seconds you get a hosted website, brand identity, wired-up email and SMS, and a full C-suite of autonomous agents ready to work.
  3. 3

    Pick a goal

Choose the one number the company should chase — signups, leads, waitlist, MRR, or orders. Your agents plan every daily cycle around it.
  4. 4

    Watch the first cycle run

Your CEO briefs the team and the agents get to work. You review what they propose, approve or tweak it, and the company starts moving toward your goal.

Picking a goal

Every Reeve company chases one primary goal. It's the number the whole team optimizes for, and it anchors the goal tracker in your cockpit. Pick the one that matches how your business actually wins — you can change it later.

  • Signups

Best when the win is an account or a free trial — SaaS, apps, community.

  • Leads

For businesses that sell by conversation — services, high-ticket, B2B.

  • Waitlist

Pre-launch demand: collect interested people before you open the doors.

  • MRR

Recurring revenue — subscriptions and memberships you want to grow.

  • Orders

Direct sales — ecommerce and DTC where the goal is completed purchases.

What to expect on day one

Right after the spawn, your company is live but quiet — think of it as hired-and-briefed, not yet mid-project. Your CEO runs the first daily cycle: it sets a plan, hands work to the CMO, Concierge, and Engineer, and surfaces anything that needs your sign-off in the approval queue.

Your job on day one is small but important: skim what the agents propose, approve the good stuff, and steer anything that's off. The more you react early, the faster they learn your taste. Nothing that touches customers or spends money goes out without passing the guardrails and, where it matters, your approval.
