What this does
Conditional call forwarding sends only the calls you can't take to your Reeve number — it doesn't hijack your line. There are two conditions worth setting:
- Call Forwarding Busy (CFB) — forwards when you're already on a call.
- Call Forwarding No Answer (CFNA) — forwards when you don't pick up after a few rings.
Your own phone still rings first. Only overflow reaches Reeve, so a missed call becomes a handled one instead of a voicemail nobody hears.
Before you start
Grab your Reeve number first — it's in your cockpit, and your onboarding Concierge will surface it during setup. In the codes below, replace NUMBER with that number, digits only (no spaces or dashes).
Carrier codes change and vary by plan and region. The codes below cover the major US carriers, but if one doesn't take, confirm the current code with your carrier — then tell your Concierge and we'll keep this guide current.
Dial codes by carrier
| Carrier | Busy (CFB) | No answer (CFNA) | Turn off |
|---|---|---|---|
| AT&T | **67*NUMBER# | **61*NUMBER# | ##002# |
| T-Mobile | **67*NUMBER# | **61*NUMBER# | ##002# |
| Verizon | *71NUMBER | *71NUMBER | *73 |
To set a code, type it into your phone's dialer exactly as shown (with NUMBER replaced) and press call. You'll see a short confirmation. On Verizon, the *71 code covers both busy and no-answer in one step.
Test it
From another phone, call your number and let it ring out without answering — it should land with your Reeve Concierge, and you'll see the call in your cockpit. If it goes to your personal voicemail instead, the code didn't take: re-check the number you entered and confirm the code with your carrier.
Turning it off
Dial the “turn off” code for your carrier any time to stop forwarding. Your line goes back to normal immediately.
